Salem Rental Housing Association offers memberships for landlords and property managers in Marion and Polk Counties.

Your dues are for a 1 year membership in Salem RHA. The cost is based on the number of rentals you own or manage. Please choose the membership level that corresponds to that number. After picking your level you'll have the choice to pay your annual dues online with PayPal or your credit card. You can also print your invoice and mail your check.

Associated Business Membership in the Salem Rental Housing Association is a low cost way to reach rental owners in Marion and Polk Counties. This corporate membership is for businesses associated with the rental housing industry.

Level 1 - 1 to 20 Units - $125.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Family/Company membership for owners/managers with up to 20 rental units.

Level 2 - 21 to 40 Units - $150.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Family/Company membership for owners/managers with 21 to 40 rental units.

Level 3 - 41 to 60 Units - $175.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Family/Company membership for owners/managers with 41 to 60 rental units.

Level 4 - 61 to 80 Units - $200.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Family/Company membership for owners/managers with 61 to 80 rental units.

Level 5 - 81 or more Units - $225.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Family/Company membership for owners/managers with 81 or more rental units.

Level 6 - Associated Business - $225.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments Corporate membership for businesses associated with the rental housing industry.
