This is a class you won’t want to miss!

The class will cover the new updates of Oregon landlord/tenant law, including Section 8 guidelines, and impact of medical marijuana on landlords. You will receive a packet of class materials.

Special Guest Speaker: Violet Wilson
Holding a Master’s Degree in Education, Violet retired after teaching 34 years. A licensed property manager for nearly 25 years, she operates her own property management firm. Violet has managed all types of units, from single family homes to multiplexes to commercial properties. She speaks from the point of view of real-life experience and the knowledge that comes with that experience.

Attendees will receive Accredited Real Estate hours for Continuing Education.
