Your speaker for June will be Marcia Gohman from National Tenant Network. She’ll be talking about her Top Ten Screening Tips, which include some fun stories from recent landlord experiences. She’ll walk you through what to look for and what to avoid when reviewing applications, and making those verification calls. She’ll also talk about some more recent law changes that affect your screening process. Bring your questions! Marcia loves them.

• The monthly meeting is open to any member of Salem RHA or anyone interested in joining. Guests are welcome but are asked to join after two meetings.
