CONCEPTS AND PRACTICES IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Make sure your office is ready for the requirements and needs of a property mangement business.  Whether you have one property or many, this class will help you be more efficient and stay on top of things, such as law compliance and problem employees and contractors.

SPEAKER:

Violet Wilson is the "V" in V & R Management. Violet is Oregon licensed and works full-time as a property manager.  Violet holds a Bachelor of Arts in Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Science in Education from Western Oregon University. She was a high school teacher for over 36 years in California and Oregon schools.  V & R Management, LLC has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals but they have managed all types of properties.  

Violet is a past vice president of Oregon Rental Housing Association, current President of the ORHA,  and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee.  Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state housing provider associations.  In addition, she has volunteered to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.
