Braden Farris is a VP Commercial Loan Officer with Willamette Valley Bank (NMLS #635031), proud to serve the Salem community. Braden has been in the lending industry since 2009, building a career that includes serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Maps Credit Union and a Business Relationship Manager at US Bank, N.A., before joining Willamette Valley Bank.

Braden's connection to rental real estate runs deep — he grew up watching his self-employed parents build their own rental property portfolio, and that early exposure shaped his passion for helping others do the same. Braden was born and raised in the Willamette Valley and has called it home his entire life. 

Braden brings a practical, people-first approach to every conversation — whether you're purchasing your first rental property, refinancing, or growing your portfolio. He's excited to connect with members of the Salem Rental Housing Association and share insights that can help make financing decisions a little less daunting.

Outside of work, Braden enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters (ages 1.5 and 6), and can often be found fishing or working on his tractor around the property.
