LANDLORDING 102:
MANAGING YOUR TENANTS
Getting a tenant into a unit is only the first part of Landlording. After that, you have to know how to manage the tenant.
This seminar deals with the processes of the dealing with the most typical tenant issues. This includes but is not limited to dealing with problems such as not paying rent, noise disturbances, pet concerns, and unauthorized residents.
Other topics include: accountability and follow through, dealing with resistance, and problem solving.
The focus will be on how to use ORHA forms to accomplish these tasks.
