 Special Forces

This is not a basic class.

This is mission-critical training for landlords who want to operate with precision, confidence, and total legal awareness in today’s high-risk rental environment.

In Landlord Bootcamp: Special Forces Training, you’ll learn how to think strategically, act decisively, and execute flawlessly — from serving notices to winning in court — using the same disciplined, step-by-step systems that separate successful housing providers from those who get blindsided.

Session One: Termination Tactics & Legal Landmines
Master the technical battlefield of Oregon landlord-tenant law.

You’ll learn how to:
Deploy the right notice, at the right time, with zero defects
Navigate the new nonpayment timelines, rent assistance rules, and cure rights
Avoid the hidden traps of retaliation, waiver, and fair housing violations
Execute Qualifying Landlord Reason terminations with airtight supporting facts
Handle relocation payments, duplex rules, lease conversions, and city overlays without fatal errors
Turn tenant notices, extensions, and mutual terminations into powerful strategic tools

This session is about precision, documentation, and choosing actions you’re willing to take all the way to court.

 What Makes This Bootcamp Different
This training goes beyond theory. It teaches you:
How to think like a judge
How to act before small mistakes become expensive lawsuits
How to de-escalate conflict while protecting your asset
How to run your rentals like a professional operation — not a hobby
